Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 13th August 2025
At Salient Minds, we value your time and ours. Therapy sessions require a time commitment and preparation, and last-minute changes impact both the therapist and other clients who could have booked that time slot.
By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

“No-shows” (failure to attend a session without notice) are non-refundable.
2. Reschedule

You may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Any further rescheduling or late reschedule requests will be treated as a cancellation and will be non-refundable.
3. Prepaid Packages

You may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Session Start & Early Termination

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time — no refund or time extension will be provided.

If you choose to end the session early, the full session fee applies.
5. Technical Issue

If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no cost.

If the disruption is on your end, no refund will be provided, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
7. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to deny service and/or refund requests in cases of repeated cancellations, abusive behavior, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
